GTM Strategy

Build a focused UK enterprise and hyperscaler motion. Decide where to compete, which accounts and partners to prioritise, and how the team will execute.

Why GTM Strategy

The programme is designed for companies where one or more of the following is true:

The UK opportunity is attractive, but the entry thesis is still too broad.

Project structure

The work begins with a fixed-scope assessment, ending in clear priorities and a written build plan. A separate decision determines whether to proceed. If it does, the build ends with your team owning the motion and operating cadence.

How the programme works

Assess

Executive and functional interviews, review of strategy, pipeline, customer evidence and partner activity, and an assessment of entry constraints and readiness. It ends in clear decisions on what to pursue, defer or stop, and a written build plan. The engagement can end here; you keep the findings, priorities and plan.

Build

Rendus works with your leaders and account owners to refine the enterprise value propositions and partner narratives and define co-sell plays with explicit triggers and qualification. Together, we develop the initial named-account plans, create focused enablement and establish ownership, an inspection cadence and leading indicators.

Deliverables

By the end of the programme, you have:

  • A clear UK entry or recovery thesis.
  • Agreed priority segments, use cases, partners and named accounts.
  • Enterprise value propositions and partner narratives.
  • Co-sell plays with owners, qualification criteria and next actions.
  • Named-account plans aligning sales, partners and executive sponsors.
  • An operating model, inspection cadence and roadmap your team can run.

Every engagement is led personally by Nick Wallace, drawing on senior commercial leadership experience at AWS, Microsoft, Stripe and Oracle.About Nick and Rendus

How success is measured

Measures are agreed at the outset and focus on the decisions, behaviours and commercial progress the programme can directly influence. They may include:

Priority plays accepted and owned by the people who have to run them.
